Creativity, knowledge, and passion drive our team of Yard Hack Guides. Each property is unique and every homeowner has their own needs, style, and budget. With our experience, we’ll develop a plan which is functional and custom for you.
Our goal is to have smaller jobs back on within 48 hours. The larger the scale and complexity of the project will determine the length of time it will take to provide an accurate estimate and construction plans. If the project will take longer than two days, our team will provide you with an updated timeline.
No, you're not required to pay anything upfront. The cost estimates, and revisions are all free of charge with no obligations. We offer unlimited revisions until we create your dream project plan. Credit card info will only be taken after the project's proposal has been approved. We require a 10% deposit of the total project estimate to confirm the scheduled and hold the material rates.
Of course, we offer the choice of two quotes; one is a "Supply & Install" estimate where we supply all of the materials needed to finish the work and one of our approved contractors comes to do all the work outlined. The other option is a "Supply" estimate where we can supply you with all the materials & tools (if needed) for you or someone of your choice to finish. We are happy to help in any way that we can.
Our estimates include a detailed cost outline such as materials with quantities, unit price and total prices, tools needed, rental rate, total cost, labor hours, hourly rate and costs, delivery costs, taxes, and etc.
Yes, we would love to use your design to estimate for your project.
