The homeowner for this project was looking for a contemporary, dog-friendly design which would last through the different seasons. We returned the backyard, installed a low boulder retaining wall, and planted several different types of flowers, shrubs, and trees.
This design also incorporated a river rock surfacing bed inside the flower bed which would be used as a bathroom spot for the homeowner’s three dogs. Having a designated bathroom spot for their pets, allowed their lawn to stay intact and clean for their friends and family to enjoy.
Luxury, modern, and low-maintenance were the goals for this real estate developer’s newest property. Starting from scratch, our team designed an open outdoor living space that was made for entertainment.
The backyard features a pool, lounge space, and open area for grilling, activities and more! In the front of the property, we installed an impressive interlocking brick driveway with landscaping framing the entrance.

Our objective was to create a seamless transition from the lower level of the lot to the main residence. With the retaining walls in place, we were able to plant a wide variety of shrubs and trees to enhance the property.

This design incorporates a newly turfed lawn, river rock borders, and two garden beds with seasonal shrubs. On the street level of this property, we also installed two street trees alongside new turf.
